The room size was surprisingly small. I nearly tripped over my own suitcase! also, i discovered the coffee situation was dire. Only one cup was provided. it was like i was being punished for needing caffeine. the single coffee cup was a low point i must say.

The elevator was slow. I often had to wait over five minutes for it to arrive. This was especially frustrating when I was in a hurry. The noise from the street was quite noticeable, even with the windows closed. It disrupted my sleep a bit.
